To complete your product label content, we systemise INCI names (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient) to comply with government regulations, meet consumer safety expectations and extend transparency.

If you do not have your own high-resolution product range's logo, our graphic designer will need to design one based on your brief. We will send you several brand ideas for your approval, and once completed, your logo forms part of your brand identity and can also be used for social media and print media.

Your product label(s)' content is finalised, and your product range's logo is complete. Now we use colour, shape, imagery, text and design to design your initial product label based on your brief, to complement your packaging and capture the look you envisage for your product range. After you have approved the initial concept design, we echo the same theme and design your remaining product labels.
STEP 4: (Label PRINTING)
Once you have approved product labels, they are uploaded into our printer's computer. Our in-house CMYK Roland label printer prints your labels on high-quality, long-lasting, waterproof vinyl. Labels are dried for 24 hours, ready for labeling.

Each product is placed onto the rollers, and because we specialize in producing small quantities, the edge of each label has to be carefully manually positioned onto the bottle. A sensor detects the product's position, and once the air jet has pushed down the top roller, it engages the two bottom rollers and smoothes the label securely onto the product.
